In May 2009, Evolution Live was briefed to deliverSenior Leadership conference held in West London for approximately 100 guests. The outlined objective of the conference was to update and cascade information from board level through to the senior leadership team in an interactive and engaging manner, so that key information was imparted & could be taken out to the wider company by the senior leaders attending the conference.

Evolution Live ensured that the message was entwined and emphasized in all activities over the 2 day conference and gala dinner. Evolution Live’s main idea was to arrange and deliver a cooking demonstration using the company’s key products which could be incorporated into the dinner menu to ensure delegates were actively engaged
