The Message
Evolution Live was briefed to deliver a one-day annual conference and Gala Dinner for 650 Delegates from a top 5 Financial Services Company.
The Idea
To give a fresh spacious feel to the venue, the stage set was designed to promote blue sky thinking.

Evolution Live worked closely with the client from the initial stages to ensure we designed the overall look and feel of the event to meet their ideals.

The Brief
The client required a video to show staff and media about the remodelling programme and how it has changed the stores and the shopping experience for staff and customers
The Process
Evolution Live worked with the client and the local area managers to create a shoot to cover store refurbishments, openings and the shopper experience
The Delivery
Each completed project was duplicated 600 times and distributed to every UK store, and we provided regularly updated edits for the media department and for press briefings
The Results
The video content fulfilled the brief and ensured the client was satisfied. The client was very happy with the outcome which was completed within the deadline

The Equipment
Evolution Live was aware that the evening was to raise funds for the charity and so budget was key
The Delivery
Plasma screens, backdrop, staging, projector, lighting and sound equipment were supplied by Evolution Live in order to bring the different elements of the evening together
