The Message
Evolution Live was briefed for a conference & gala dinner for 250 guests; our focus was on creating an event that would provide the perfect context to deliver their message
The Idea
We developed a space theme, with motivating footage of Apollo 11’s launch across a 60' wide by 12' high screen, and a real life astronaut who met them at the entrance
The Delivery
Evolution Live compiled and supplied all the space-themed visual content, a rocket ice luge at the reception and space-themed games for guests to fly their own spaceship
The Results
After a seamless round of presentations, awards and gala dinner, United Biscuits’ senior management were very pleased with the messages communicated
The Brief
DSGi required a video to show staff and media about the remodelling programme and how it has changed the stores and the shopping experience for staff and customers
The Process
Evolution Live worked with DSGi and the local area managers to create a shoot to cover store refurbishments, openings and the shopper experience
The Delivery
Each completed project was duplicated 600 times and distributed to every UK store, and we provided regularly updated edits for the media department and for press briefings
The Results
The video content fulfilled the brief and ensured the client was satisfied. The client was very happy with the outcome which was completed within the deadline

The Equipment
Evolution Live was aware that the evening was to raise funds for the charity and so budget was key
The Delivery
Plasma screens, backdrop, staging, projector, lighting and sound equipment were supplied by Evolution Live in order to bring the different elements of the evening together
The Results
A very satisfied client, the event was a huge success and met the targets set. The charity benefitted as everyone was able to take away the vital messages being given
