The Message

Enable the EMEA senior management team to engage, communicate and collaborate throughout the day, away from distractions in relaxed surroundings.

The Idea

Choose a quality venue, off the beaten track yet close to international connections with lots of countryside space, a babbling brook and manicured lawns. Create the perfect in-room environment to ensure everybody can see and hear what’s happening and guide the presentation styles and session formats to ensure messages get across clearly and succinctly to the International audience.

The Delivery

Wotton House – set in acres of tranquil Surrey-Hills countryside – provided a calm and relaxing environment for this key annual event. Mixing traditional “from the stage” presentations with scenes delivered by professional actors, the EMEA President and his management team explored and debated key messages and strategies.

The Results

The client was pleased with the end result.

Advisor Conference - January 2012 - Axa Bancassurance

The Message

Use a central theme running through the conference and dinner to engage the audience – without detracting from the serious business messages being delivered.

The Idea

For complete flexibility and immediately recognisable scenes, we selected a TV Station theme. The delegates became the audience in a “live” TV Studio. Presentations would be delivered in a variety of familiar TV programme styles. Current Affairs show styles were chosen to maintain a more serious note.

The Delivery

From the moment the studio signs turned to “on air”, the day flowed with the precision of a well-tuned TV station. CYFAS TV featured many shows including The Movie Premiere, Working Lunch, Sports Report and How to Look Good Naked. The afternoon break outs in the smaller studios featured a full court room set-up for Law and Order UK, Question Time from Blackpool, Panorama and The Dragons Den.

Shareholder's Conference - June 2010 - Financial Clients

The Message

Evolution Live was briefed to deliver a one-day annual conference and Gala Dinner for 650 Delegates from a top 5 Financial Services Company. The event held on the 18th June 2010, was at the Westminster Park Plaza hotel.

The Idea

To give a fresh spacious feel to the venue, the stage set was designed to promote blue sky thinking. The lectern position was set centrally with a backdrop of white clouds constantly drifting across the sky and twin giant screens to either side were used to relay presentations and live camera pictures. To aid with seminar groups and to initiate discussion, Evolution Live designed a badging concept to enable the client and delegates alike to easily move between sessions.

The Delivery

Evolution Live worked closely with the client from the initial stages to ensure we designed the overall look and feel of the event to meet their ideals. We offered insight and advice including the live screening of the England World cup game, which fell on the evening of the gala dinner. All Technical equipment, set design ,construction and content was supplied by Evolution Live… we even filmed the cloud sequence. We worked closely with the venue team, and designed everything accordingly to create a smooth and successful event.

The client could not have been happier with the professionalism, organisation and creativity of the Evolution Live team allowing for the event to run so smoothly.
