The Message
Evolution Live was briefed to deliver a one-day annual conference and Gala Dinner for 650 Delegates from a top 5 Financial Services Company. The event held on the 18th June 2010, was at the Westminster Park Plaza hotel.
The Idea
To give a fresh spacious feel to the venue, the stage set was designed to promote blue sky thinking. The lectern position was set centrally with a backdrop of white clouds constantly drifting across the sky and twin giant screens to either side were used to relay presentations and live camera pictures. To aid with seminar groups and to initiate discussion, Evolution Live designed a badging concept to enable the client and delegates alike to easily move between sessions.
The Delivery
Evolution Live worked closely with the client from the initial stages to ensure we designed the overall look and feel of the event to meet their ideals. We offered insight and advice including the live screening of the England World cup game, which fell on the evening of the gala dinner. All Technical equipment, set design ,construction and content was supplied by Evolution Live… we even filmed the cloud sequence. We worked closely with the venue team, and designed everything accordingly to create a smooth and successful event.
