The Brief
The client was going through a remodelling programme in their major stores across the group made up of their 3 brands
They required a video to show both staff and media about the programme and how it has changed the stores and the shopping experience for both staff and customers
The Process
Evolution Live worked with the client and the local area managers to create a shoot schedule to cover store refurbishments and openings. The shoot also took place during the local busy periods and where a major remodelling stage was being undertaken, for example the hanging of a new store sign. As part of the programme Evolution Live also carried out a series of Mystery Shopper “Covert" filming shoots to gauge the true customer experience
The Delivery
A series of videos were produced to show the refurbishment process in full, to highlight new openings and to show customer experience
Each of the completed video projects was duplicated 600 times and distributed to every store in the UK. Evolution Live provided regularly updated edits for the media department and for press briefings
The Results
The video content fulfilled the brief and ensured the client was satisfied. The client was very happy with the outcome which was completed within the deadline.
