Local music event Astonbury was a huge success and Donnie Douglas was onsite working hard behind the scenes to provide lighting and technical support.

Astonbury is a local (takes place in Aston Abbotts) outdoor music evening which takes place annually. Since it started in 1999 the event is bigger than ever and there are no signs of it slowing down.

With outdoor festivals around the country fast becoming more popular than ever, local music festivals are a great way of showing home-grown talent as well as bringing the community together. It is estimated that 600 people attended Astonbury 2010.

The event took place on the 17th July 2010 and was a great night for everyone involved.

Event Production for KFC, Luton

KFC’s annual Franchisee Golf day was held at the exclusive Luton Hoo estate, in Bedfordshire. The event culminated with a Dinner and Awards that took place in the club house complex. Evolution Live provided all audio visual equipment for the event, as well as technical support onsite.

Evolution Live have worked with KFC for many years, on both large and small scale events.

Charity Fundraising Dinner

Evolution Live was asked to provide AV Equipment for a sophisticated fund-raising dinner, in Bicester. The client needed AV Equipment that could add glamour and style to the evening.

Community Quiz, Northampton

Evolution Live was asked to supply AV equipment for a Community Quiz for approximately 230 guests in Northampton. The event was aimed to bring the community together and it was imperative that all guests could receive the message at the same time.

ParaOlympic Handover, Aylesbury

To celebrate the ParaOlympics, the local authority arranged simultaneous events over 3 sites including: Kingsbury Square in Aylesbury Town Centre where passers-by could stop and watch the screen. Equipment Needed: Due to the different outdoor and indoor aspect it meant a range of equipment was needed. Evolution Live was able to provide a range of AV equipment.
