Today David and Jonny are off to Yorkshire, working on a National Policing event.
The two day conference specialises in the science behind crime with audience numbers of approximately 170. Its not all work for the delegates though as tonight there will be a gala dinner with various games for the guests to enjoy; including a Cowboy shoot-out competition, and laser quest all supplied by Evolution Live.

Aylesbury Lower High Street became the buzz of the town on the 8th April due to a very successful Easter Treasure Hunt.
Evolution Live organised the Easter Treasure Hunt which took place over a 4 hour period; for our clients Aylesbury Vale District Council and the Aylesbury Town Partnership.
The clues were displayed in the shop windows following an educational theme which allowed the children to have fun whilst learning and encouraged them to get involved.
The event was well received with just under 300 children taking part and exploring the High Street for clues. The prizes ranged from a Wii fit to a family membership for the National Trust; and entertainers included Balloon modellers, Stilt walkers and face-painters. The event was free to Aylesbury Vale Residents.

Running an event takes planning and keen attention to detail.
Through our experience we know what makes an event work; we also know how easy it can be to miss essential items.
